Extending a Node.js MES and building a Python APS system used for scheduling and optimization across multiple manufacturing clients. Tuned MongoDB queries to cut a set of long-running operations by 50% and reworked GitFlow + CI/CD so the team could ship changes to production significantly faster. Led the rollout of these changes with the team, refining the process based on real release cycles.

Built the initial investor demo in under 2 months. Designed and shipped the first production version with Python and Node.js services orchestrated with Kubernetes on AWS infrastructure and a React frontend. Focused the architecture on being easily extendable for new textile workflows. Started R&D on ML / GenAI to tackle domain-specific pattern and configuration problems.

Built Python and VEX tools used in production on VFX shows, and extended the studio pipeline to better monitor and manage the render farm. Worked on reducing failed or stalled renders and giving artists quicker feedback when something broke.

Built and maintained sites in HTML/JS/CSS with Pug and Sass on Node.js, and extended PHP (Yii2) and Java (Spring) backends. Handled direct communication with clients on larger projects, turning their needs into scope and incremental deliveries.
